Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy includes:

• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition
• Opened products may be eligible for return if defective or damaged upon arrival
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Perishable items and final sale products are not eligible for return

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
